Antenna Products Corporation is awarded a contract By the Federal Aviation Administration for Ground-To-Air Antennas

Mineral Wells, Texas – February 24, 2014

Antenna Products Corp., a leading developer and manufacturer of high quality antenna systems for military, aviation, electronic toll and communication applications, has been awarded an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (“IDIQ”) contract from the Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”) for the supply of UHF/VHF ground-to-air communication antennas.  The contract provides for a base year with four option years.  These antennas will be manufactured in Antenna Products Corp.’s 100,000 square foot plant in Mineral Wells, Texas.

Antenna Products Corp.’s DPV series of collinear antennas are designed for ground-to-air and point-to-point communications.  To date, we have shipped over 50,000 DPV antennas to airports all over the world.  Our DPV antennas are available in various configurations with one or more vertically polarized, omnidirectional dipoles integrated into a single enclosure.  From one to three inputs are available in various combinations covering the common UHF, VHF frequency bands.
