LPD Localizer Antenna 108-112 MHz

The LPD (Log Periodic Dipole) Localizer Antenna was designed, tested and certified as part of the ILS (Instrument Landing System) used to help pilots navigate a succesful aircraft landing. Typically deployed in configurations of 14 or 20 units at the end of the runway, the LPD’s work with the ILS beacon to provide information to the pilot telling them if they are left or right of the runway.
